10 Year Guarantee

Dear Customer, congratulations on your purchase of this quality product. We guarantee the goods manufactured by us and undertake, at our option, to repair free of charge, or to pass credit for, or to replace any such goods which are of faulty manufacture which affects the performance efficiency or appearance thereof, provided:

• The protective foil is removed and the product is carefully inspected for faults before installation. (We do not accept liability for installation and removal costs where proper prior inspection was not carried out);

• It is established that the product was properly cared for and not abused;

• We receive the guarantee card and invoice back advising us of faulty manufacture within 10 (ten) years of the date of delivery by the dealer. This guarantee does not cover the following external factors:

• Damage incurred during transportation or handling;
• Installation faults (installation must be carried out by an approved technician);
• Damage caused by chemicals harmful to acrylic (a detailed list is available on request).

In the case of a claim please present the completed guarantee card (with dealer’s stamp) and the dealer’s invoice. The guarantee period remains unaffected by any guarantee claim. The guarantee of the original product, or any parts replaced ends when the guarantee period expires. Save as aforesaid, the purchaser shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against us arising from or in connection with any such goods and this undertaking is given in lieu of and excludes all other guarantees and warranties whether implied by us or not.

Spa Baths

When you buy a spa bath from Plexicor we promise you quality and peace of mind.

We guarantee that the bath is made from robust cross linked caste acrylic which has been adequately reinforced with fibreglass/resin.
We guarantee that the spa conversion has been built with quality parts sourced from reputable suppliers.
We guarantee that the workmen are trained to deliver a quality product.
We guarantee a full after-sales service right across South Africa.

THE PLEXICOR SPA GUARANTEE
Plexicor (Pty) Ltd offers a limited guarantee covering its acrylic baths with a spa conversion. A limited guarantee extends for a period of 12 (twelve) months covering the pump and all accessories included in the spa conversion.

The bath itself is covered by the normal 10 (Ten) Year Guarantee.
The spa guarantee warrants the Plexicor spa conversion against faulty parts or manufacturing faults which effect the performance, efficiency or appearance of the unit.

Plexicor undertakes at it’s own option, to repair free of charge, or to pass credit for, or to replace any such faulty unit, provided:

· It is established that the product was properly cared for and not abused.
· We receive the dealer’s invoice advising us of a claim within 12 (Twelve) months of the date of delivery by the dealer.

The guarantee does not cover the following external factors:

· Damage incurred during transportation or handling.
· Poor installation (installation must be carried out by an approved technician).

In the case of a claim please present Plexicor with the dealer’s invoice. The guarantee period remains unaffected by any guarantee claim. The guarantee ends when the guarantee period expires.

Spa convertions can be fitted to all other baths on the general Plexicor Brochure
(with exception of the Duchess and Duke models).
