PUMP

BLOWER

• Must not be run continuously for more than 20 minutes.
• A 5 minute off break between intervals is essential.

FILTER

• 25 sq foot cartridge.
• 200 litre per minute filtered.

DB BOX

• Weather proof DB box.
• 32 amp ac isolator
• 20 amp contactor
• 2 x 10 amp breakers + 6 amp breaker.
• Copper neutral bar.B ¥ Red light showing power into DB box
• 2.6 VA 12 volt AC transformer.B ¥ 40 deg M.O.D thermostat.

HYDRO JETS

• 110mm dia scalloped adjustassage jets.
• Each jet can be turned on and off with fingertip adjustment.
• Water flow is directional with fingertip adjustment.
• Colour is white.
• No more than half the jets in the system must be closed simultaneously.
• Jets are UV protected with UV stabilisers but ABS white colour does fade and discolour with age. This process is speeded up by full exposure to direct sunlight.

AIR HOLES

• 3mm dia. holes drilled into air chamber.
• Chamber constructed from waterproof GRP gelcoat.
• Chamber secured with highdensity waterproof bonding paste.
• Laminated to body with CSM and marine resin

HYGIENE

• Recommended sanitizer chemical to be used is chlorine or bromine tablets.
• Chlorine tablet is the white 20g acid spa tablet (not 190g swimming pool tablets).
• Bromine tablet is 12.5g one.
• Tablets to be floated in a permeable container on water surface.
• Water must be changed at least every 2 months. Water can become a health hazard if the above points are not followed and water is not replaced on a regular basis.

HEATER

• 4 Kw element.
• Thermostatically controlled temperature to max. 40¼C.
• Time to heat approx. 3 hours.

Options and Accessories

COVER

• Polystyrene inner body.
• Covered with shrinkwrap
• 600g PVC waterproof coating with vynabreeze inner casing.
•UV protected with stabilisers but colour will fade with age. The ageing process is speeded up by full exposure to direct sunlight.

TIMBER SURROUND

• Available in knock down kit form.
• Steel frame assembly
• Solid Saligna f-jointed and laminated top rim to prevent bowing. Panels are 18mm marine plywood. Base is saligna f-jointed and laminated.
• Door for access to pump.
• Step up to spa
• Timber will deteriorate with age. Timber must be oiled at least once a year with a water solution available from Plexicor. Exposure to direct sunlight will speed up the ageing process.
